Hacking 2ds transferring

hi....im new to these stuff but basically heres my problem.....


i own pokemon x and pokemon white and have a save file of pokemon white via emulator play....saved with alot of my old pokemon.........heres where i need help i want to replace the original white save with my emulator one so i can poke transport it to my x version......ive got a r4 card ....ive tried the soft ftpd but doesnt work for some reason so can someone help me please.....
