Hacking 2ds error type: generic

so ive been looking at other threads and i cant really find a solution. ive already tried reformatting my sd card. i dont really know what to do

i keep getting an error that says:

An error occurred (ErrDisp)

Error type: generic

Address: 0x00000cea
error code: 0x000000ce

press any button to reboot.

the biggest problem is it pops up this error as soon as i turn on the ds so i cant even get to the home screen.
i can still open gm9 and luma v10.0.1

Change the sdmc:/boot.firm for older Luma3DS v9.1 or newer Luma3DS v10.1.3. Check for a change in error code.

Only one of my games are doing this and it's only when I go in a certain house on the game but it's the guilds house so I have to go in it but when I do this pops up and it reboots what could be wrong and how can I fix this
