Hacking 2DS CFW

Hi I just found my 2DS and I was wondering if I could install a CFW
My firmware version is 9.7.0-25E(Europe)
Is it possible to install a CFW without a hard mod
Or is it possible for a downgrade to a suitable firmware

that is a good version to start with, you just have to downgrade further to 9.2 and it doesnt require you to do a hardmod, just follow the instructions on the link below:

you actually have to select "Start" and click on the 2DS image, then click on EUR flag for your region, then click on the column specific for your version..
i took the liberty of clicking all those things for you so for your specific version this is the direct link:

follow the instructions on that page and below that is another link to further downgrade to 9.2 once you are done acquiring the necessary files..

Soundhax isn't 100% stable. How many times did you try?

Edit: You should make sure your soundhax files are for 9.2, not 9.7.
