Hi guys! I recently bought a used 2DS. For some reason, the D-Pad is lower than it should be, so when pressing right or left, sometimes up or down gets pressed. That by itself, I read can be fixed by putting a piece of tape under it, to make it a bit taller.

But, for some reason, some buttons get pressed again while pressing them for no reason (mainly ABXY and D-Pad), or they stop being registered as pressed randomly. So, for example, running in Super Mario will sometimes launch fireballs, or sometimes D-Pad will stop registering being pressed for a moment and movement will stop.

Is that usual on 2DS given the way buttons work (compared to any other 3DS), or is it broken due to use?
