Hacking 2 Supercard Lite questions

Hi, just wanted to know the answers to these questions.

1. When you play movies on the Supercard Lite, does it play on the full screen, or is there a black border.

2. Is the battery consumption when playing gba roms as bad as it is said to be? 1/2 the time?

Movies are full screen. Battery life is better that old SC models but reasonable.
