ROM Hack 2 Part CIA

I am a noob on this. Downloaded Pokemon Sun and this is how it is opened. Pokemon SE.cia.001(rar file) and SE.cia.002. How can I combine them to make a single part CIA ready in install? I looked lots of diff places, but all only state if both parts are rar. Any help would be appreciated.

i know that.. but he has a 3DS console with CFW for a while now during freeshop was still readily available..

besides, someone uploaded the .cia file somewhere and it still works..

nah no worries.. i just assumed he got freeshop so no one is right or wrong.. but as @xtheman166 said, mirrors exist and freeshop still works perfectly fine for me..

Freeshop, Never heard or used that, I shall take a look into it.

001 & 002 are only file name used for Winrar among others.
What you need to do, if your computer hasnt associated 001 with Winrar, is to either right click the first file. Select "Open"/"Open With", then choose default programs. Find Winrar and press ok.
Or start winrar then navigate to the 001 file and open it.
When you have opened the 001 file just drag the content to a folder of your choice.

Open the file that has the .rar extension and then drag and drop the file into a folder or your desktop. If the .002 file isnt in the same folder as the .rar it will ask for it.
