Hacking 2.2J and 3.1J

hi guys just asking

is there any major difference in 2.2J and 3.1J?

for example if a PAL RE4 played on 2.2J with wiikey, can it also play on 3.1J also with wiikey?

yea anything you can do on 2.2,you also can do on 3.x!
