Starting May 31st, consumers will be able to purchase a special bundle for the Sony Playstation 3. This bundle includes a 160 GB Sony PS3 console, Call of Duty Black Ops, and the first DLC pack "First Stike". It's only listed for a USA release now, no word yet on the European date yet, and its listing price is 300 dollars (same as current 160 GB model). It's only natural they release a special package for consumers since Black Ops has sold over 20 million copies, netting Activision over a billion dollars in sales. Please notice that Sony will release this AFTER the "Gamestop 100 dollar off coupon" expires so for those who would ask, NO, you can not get this bundle with said coupon. Sorry.[/p]
I personally think that they are doing this just to try pulling consumers back in, since... well, you know. They aren't doing too hot right now. Your thoughts?
