Hacking 11.8.0-41 - Sky3DS Bannable

Well, I am curious about something. People say that with the new update, Nintendo now checks for tickets on games and will ban you similarly to how the Switch does it.

I have been using Sky3DS for quite a while now, but I do have my Nintendo Network ID on this 3DS and am a little worried about losing everything I have ever bought. Assuming the "link" feature that links your Network ID to Account applies to the status of your account, would it be safe to assume my Nintendo Account is in jeopardy if I were to receive a ban, I wonder. Because it's really quite scary to think that I could lose both of my accounts over a single mistake.

If you used a private header with your SKY3DS it's safe. There is no ticket with cartridge game.

I went online a few times before on sky3ds plus without private headers, I just couldn't play them online and they didn't block me yet.
