    Thanks for the guide. I am in the process of following it right now. I have one question though. I am doing it on a japanese n3ds, and when I do the downgrade to 9.2.0 step, it ends up saying 9.1.0-20J. Is this a problem? I used the download link "New 3DS 9.2.0 - JAP (Mirror)" from the guide.

    Hacking Backup loader channel problems

    I believe it's an official IOS 38 rev 14 because I installed it through WAD manager and not through custom WAD manager. The problem happens on multiple backups as well as retail games. I will try to find a custom IOS and report if that helps. Thanks for taking the time to reply and try to help.

    I found a neogamma wad and installed the channel, but the same thing happens. I click on it and the wii restarts. Anyone have any ideas on how to fix this? The wii is on 3.2U and HBC says 1.03 IOS38 v14.25

    This is my 2nd softmod and the 1st one worked fine. Was able to use the wiigator 0.3 gamma channel to load games. However, this 2nd softmod will not work with the wiigator 0.3 gamma channel.
