Seeing as the GBA and DS share a similar architecture, I would opt for saying that software emulation may be possible, but definately not perfect. Actually, there are a few games that SNEmulDS can emulate better than the PSP's major SNES emulator, SNES9X TYL. One of the games being F-Zero. @arctic flame 3in1 ExpTool is outdated, upgrade to GBA ExpLoader. This is mandatory for the newer revision of the 3in1 as they're not compatible. It also adds a few other nifty features such as compatibility with more carts such as the EWIN Expansion Pack and EZ Flash IV lite Deluxe. @SHRIVES93...- Shiny

I suggest using the Easy Installer because I have personally used it and it works perfectly. It's very user friendly and gives clear on-screen instructions. Just follow the guide and it should all work out fine (: I know that it works with Windows XP, but I've read that it may have trouble... -
Hacking Best place to get a Slot 2 device for playing GBA games.
If you already have a slot 1 card, go for an EZ-Flash 3in1. It even has extra RAM (16MB) and a rumble pack (kinda loud though :/) built-in. Make sure you grab a copy of GBA ExpLoader by Rudolph so you can write to the card. I also suggest that you buy from RealHotStuff. That's where I ordered...- Shiny
