    i guess the motherboard or nand must be fried i suppose, i have done all the latest updates every time they come out with same outcome?

    yes mate i said that, even took out hd an reformatted it hoping it would work but just does same thing , need to reset then and somehow to stop it resuming from there , anyone know how to do that? microsoft are no help at all an just offer a similar console swap for £170 but its a gears of war 4...

    Hi my sons xbox crashed the other day an when turned back on it just had the xbox logo an hung, he then went into troubleshooting menu an reset an got to 50% an tried time an time again with same outcome, so then i tried for him with offline update OSU1 an got to 86% applying update every time...

    Even when i power off completely, all i have to do is stick in the dongle an it boots sxos instantly, is this a new feature i not heard about? Regards

    i have the same thing, when i turn it off but when i put in the sos dongle alone , it just boots into it without the other bit that goes in controller port? I'm guessing its something to do with auto rcm?
