    I do not know about the highest damage, but totk seems to have a hidden xp system just like botw does. I've seen the same exact monster parts with 55 and over 110 fuse power.

    Typically monster parts from strong foes have good stats. Like Lynels for example

    the weapons have low base damage because you are supposed to fuse them with powerful monster parts.

    yes, i think you have to visit 5 or 6 to unlock the whole set 1683406559 hyrule castle sanctum. you have to solve a little fire puzzle.
