I have this exact same issue and after searching it I found out that my SD was actually a Fake one.
Try getting another 64gb SD card and doing the EmuMMC on it.

New chip does not work as it does not seem to be programmed properly.
You can do a reballing or reflux the chip, but it might only be a temporary solution.
The best choise at the moment is to get the chip from a donor switch.

Also you can try and run lspci -vvnn and look for the adapter, there you will be able to see if there any driven loaded for it, you can even reload the driver

I mean if we have a working switch, can we extract the code the chip and burn it in the new chips ?
@The Real Jdbye, I thought about that and I have blank DVD's and Blurays but honestly after like 90 songs I just listen to it a couple of hundred times toss it out and burn something else or have like 2-3 CD's. Florida here the heat in the car tends to ruin the CD's after like a few months even commercial pressed ones don't last too long.
