Had a 512mb card once used in a digital camera though it failed to work on it as well, I ordered the 1gb card from Amazon not long ago, seems valid from what I've seen of it.- BerserkerKong02

Shouldn't it be formatted to FAT with a 16kb cluster size? because that's what it is right now auto No, a regular 1gb SD card, as I said, a Sandisk SDSBD-1024, which by Nintendo's site, is compatible with the cart.- BerserkerKong02

Yes, I do, I opened up the cartridge, no damage for the main pins although I don't know about the SD pins. I don't know how to open the steel cover, afraid I might ruin the hardware.- BerserkerKong02

The SD Card I'm using is a 1GB Sandisk (SDSBD-1024), so I don't think it's the card's problem, might be a problem with the pins. I'll update the thread soon, thank you.- BerserkerKong02
