Is it possible to play multiplayer with the Delta emulator? Between two devices with Delta, or not at all? Also, what about the newly added DS games? Sorry if this is a stupid question.
How would you put these cheat codes into the SD card properly? (I’m fairly familiar with the file management system, so if you just tell me what folder I’ve got it from there; and possibly the name of any txt file needed)
So me and a group of friends decided it would be a fun idea to make a Pokèmon game! We have limited resources (meaning creating software, due to hardware and software limitations) but we have a good idea.

Hey, I gave you misinformation. Sorry I didn’t know what I was talking about. Yes, you can run .3dsx, and Citra is not supported on 32 bit. Only 64 and above, again, sorry, never take what I say at co plate face value. Always get a second opinion.

And thank you for the reassurance/compliment. (Sry I don’t know what to call it.)
Thank you :)

One more thing:
The Pokémon star download said something about a “garc”? I have literally no idea what the heck that is, and would like to. I can quote it for you if you’d like.
Ok first:
I wasn’t asking for Roms at all! Just if anyone knew how to convert them. But thank you for your concern with my following the guidelines. To the Real JDBye:
Thank you! So the encryption is opposite to the decryption and basically reversed it?
