    I am using a wiikey as stated above and I mounted it with wires on an empty space on the drive with tape.

    Thanks alot I did this and it works great. I just taped the fan to the back of the console and the system is now cool while playing games and has not shutoff on me yet.

    I opened up the system and soldered a wiikey myself. It was my first time soldering but i think i did a good job. After that i opened it up to clean the lens so it would read the dl version of brawl better.

    Well my brawl would lock up at the intro video. But i just opened my wii and cleaned the laser with a microfiber cloth and the game works great now. BTW i used Memorex at 2.4x with some old plextor burner
