Hacking Rosalina Menu Not Working
I'm currently putting cfw on my friends 3DS XL using Jack Sorrell's Tutorial: I've followed all the steps up to the step involving the Rosalina menu. When I try the input (L+Down+Start) absolutely nothing happens. Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong?- xxxxspyderxxxx

Ship to ship communication software for the Navy although without access to the encrypting chips it was mostly useless
