    I basically tried tons of ways actually hahahaha 1. I tried re-installing the .cia a couple of times, re-downloaded the .cia from other places and installed it. 2. Deleted all past NTR files (including the plugin folder) I had on my SD and made the app install them again a couple of times...

    I'm having the same problem on my old 3DS but im pretty sure the reason is that the latest version of NTRboot supports only 11.8 so wait for a update for 11.9 support.
