    Check the S28 category, the real name is Father something. Just like D2 preorder, the items won't stick. I'll post a cheat to skip the license check and allow the items to stay in inventory shortly. Shame there's no way to do it on PS4

    Yes, you need level 70 gear and/or modded paragon stats because the enemies will scale to your level regardless of gear. Feel free to join the Discord in the About page to get specific help
