    I use exfat for a long time now and the only homebrew which corrupted my sd card is retroarch when I tried to update it. Everything else works fine though.

    Same happened to me.. I wanted to download the Boxart with the Online-Update feature.. It crashed and after that the sd card was corrupted. I had to install everything again... So beware: Don't use with exfat for now!
