    no. you cannot use this patch on an actual game. it is only for roms. the actual games cannot be patched. EDIT: when i said the actuial games cannot be patched, i meant by regular players. only nintendo can fix problems with games. Nintendo will not patch games with mods.

    i found all i have to do is change the game id for platinum inside the cheat file. that made it work with cheats.
