    Homebrew Discussion XCI-Cutter Multiplatform (OSX/Linux/Windows)

@ddaaxx I can't split an already trimmed xci. It says "ROM is already trimmed!" which is correct because I already trimmed it before, but it should continue to do the split since the option was selected.

I am back guys. Sorry needed a break because of irl work and other projects. I have on my list to migrate @CatmanFan's port of 4do to the project's repo. Any other core that should be moved there? I am feeling lazy to read everything, I am like 40 pages behind.

Sure, I will add your port to our repo. I will not add threading for it tho, just the main "stable" build for now.

Can you rested the latest threaded build: https://git.m4xw.net/Switch/RetroArch/yabause/-/jobs/artifacts/feature/threading/download?job=package I want to know if it starts a ROM at least.

@CatmanFan These two folks made Yabause work before, it seems. I think both of them were using the threaded build.

We have already moved over that fork to our repo: https://git.m4xw.net/Switch/RetroArch/virtualjaguar-libretro I will add the threading config and put the link here in 15 minutes or so. @CatmanFan Here you go...

Homebrew RELEASE Development Thread - RetroArch libnx

Just brought the stability changes that @m4wx has made to other cores. Don't expect different results than the stuff already reported – @m4xw you should work for Nintendo, bringing all of these stability builds and stuff :-P. beetle-vb...

Homebrew RELEASE Development Thread - RetroArch libnx

It means that whenever changes are made the cores will be compiled and the zips will be generated without human interaction. This helps to avoid merging changes that break compilation, and once completed it will also allow the team to concentrate in just coding the features/fixes and not worry...

Never heard of that before. @Duhasst0 has FW 2.2.0 and seemed to be fine. Please try again detaching both joycons before opening the homebrew channel and report again – assuming they were attached.

Homebrew RELEASE Development Thread - RetroArch libnx

Alright folks, in other news I have moved @CatmanFan's port of Yabause over to our repo here. MR for CICD integration here. This repo will not be public for a few hours until @m4xw is back. Attached is the build with threading support just for the kicks – I have not tested it. Consider deleting...

Welp, that settles it. I will have to spend some time testing configuration changes tomorrow, to see if I find the problem. Thanks a lot to all the people testing and reporting back.

Hmmm, the fact that both of you didn't have the freeze happen after deleting the config file means that there's something problematic there. If only that config file wasn't thousands of lines long... Let me know if the freeze happens without config file.

Alright folks. By the reports you are giving+my own tests, it seems that there are still a couple of things to fix. The audio+inputs working while the video just stops sounds like an issue with mutexes/locks. @Leonidas87 I'm wondering if the fix I made in the cfg was still not enough –...
