PSP won’t boot up without holding select+start+square+triangle

I don’t use UMDs, everything I do is digital.

PSP won’t boot up without holding select+start+square+triangle

I did this before to uninstall infinity because it was giving me problems. Ever since then, I have just been using vanilla pro C; the kind you install whenever you turn on the system. It worked great for me until today when this problem randomly started happening.

PSP won’t boot up without holding select+start+square+triangle

Okay I’ve got a really weird situation. I just pulled my PSP out to take on a road trip and am finding that, out of nowhere, my PSP will ONLY boot to the XMB if I boot it up holding start+select+square+triangle. If I try to turn it on normally, it will only load up to the “waves” on the XMB...

The Wii U seems prone to random and inconsistent, disk drive problems.

But all my other games work fine on my console; BOTW is the only one that won’t work. You’d think if the drive was to blame, other games would also have problems.

The Wii U seems prone to random and inconsistent, disk drive problems.

This is going to be a lengthy post, but I wanted to get a discussion going about these issues, because just doing a little bit of research in the past couple of days has really blown my mind as someone who has always thought that we was a system of pretty good quality. I have a system with...

    PSP struggles to turn on

Damn, so I guess I’m boned? Do PSP capacitors typically go bad? I’ve seen other posts with similar issues.

    PSP struggles to turn on

I’ve seen several posts all over the internet about this issue, but I’ve never seen a concrete answer as to why it happens or a solution. When I go to turn on my PSP and it hasn’t been used in a while, I have to struggle to get it to come on. The power slider makes the green light come on, and...

Can I change the button mapping in Wii 2600

I got an adapter for the Wii remote that lets me plug in Genesis/Atari controllers for use with emulators; it registers them as a classic controller. However I’m having an issue with my Atari emulator. I’m using Wii 2600, and my problem is that the adapter maps the Atari controller’s fire button...

System transfer CFW and installed games.

It’s been so long since I’ve freshly installed Luma CFW on and on modded system. Has it gotten easier over the years? I remember getting pretty confused trying to mod a Wii U years ago, but I recently did it with tiramisu, and it was super simple, I remember the 3DS being a bit confusing as well...

System transfer CFW and installed games.

I have a N3DSXL with Luma and a lot of installed GBC, GBA, NDS, etc. games on it. If I wanted to transfer to another 3DS, what would I need to do to get all my CFW content and games onto the new one?

How to install native VC titles to Wii U?

I tried to get that working last night, but I kept getting errors when trying to transfer the files with FTPiiU and wasn’t sure why.

How to install native VC titles to Wii U?

OK, so I did get the VC version installed, but I didn’t do my homework and now see that it has this dark filter that I didn’t know VC titles did on the Wii U. I’m seeing that I can inject the game myself instead and should be able to remove the dark filter in the injection process, but what I’m...

How to install native VC titles to Wii U?

So I’ve been able to make VC injections just fine, but how would I go about installing a title that was actually ON the VC such as Donkey Kong 64? Do I inject it the same way but into itself?

    Homebrew Can’t update Luma?

Okay this sounds as simple as just copying new files to my sd root so I’m gonna give it a go and hope I don’t somehow brick by being an idiot. Wish me luck lol

    Homebrew Can’t update Luma?

Well wait, I do have Godmode9 already. I’m able to boot into it by holding start, so do I need to do any of this? Sorry, I haven’t messed with any of this in a very long time so I’m quite fuzzy on how it all works. Would it be easier to just try universal updater to update Luma? I couldn’t get...
