Homebrew RELEASE PPSSPP Switch Standalone Beta

Yeah I went back to RA too, overclocked to the tier before the max, and it works fine. The video will still crap out on you if you go nuts with alternate speeds for grinding, but a simple save and restart fixes the issues. I guess we'll wait for improvements to the core and standalone and see...

Homebrew RELEASE PPSSPP Switch Standalone Beta

Really wish someone else would take a hack at FFIV and see if they have slowdown's whenever an enemy dies. Going to try Retroarch overclocked but I really wanted to use the standalone PPSSPP for this...

Homebrew Question PPSSPP Standalone - Final Fantasy IV The Complete Collection Video Issues

I'm so sorry I was looking at something else and got mixed up. I meant PPSSPP not PCSX-Rearmed... I will try overclocking all the way and give Retroarch a shot. Thanks so much for all your help.

Homebrew Question PPSSPP Standalone - Final Fantasy IV The Complete Collection Video Issues

All I did in Retroarch was launch it from the menu when you hold "R" and open a game, and then open it in PCSX-Rearmed with default settings. It just sits there at the inital loading screen with the crystal in the bottom right. I never even get a prompt for the memory stick like you do. How...

Homebrew Question PPSSPP Standalone - Final Fantasy IV The Complete Collection Video Issues

The game doesn't even load int Retroarch, but you're probably right on using that. I'm sure it will improve over time. I might install Android on another SD card and give that a go. Even if it doesn't solve my issue, it sounds really interesting.

Thanks for the suggestion. No android phone and I take my switch everywhere, so was trying to see if anyone else has tried this game yet.

Homebrew Question PPSSPP Standalone - Final Fantasy IV The Complete Collection Video Issues

So I've been trying to play Final Fantasy IV on the PPSSPP standalone for Switch and have an issue where the FPS drops dramatically whenever an enemy dies. I've tried all combinations of video settings I can find, but none of them make this issue better or worse. Eventually, I will get an error...

Tutorial Importing Gateway saves to cia games

Quantumcat, Looks like I will need to heed your advice and create an emunand to convert my save file from Gateway. Could you point me to a tutorial of some sort for creating an emunand for this purpose? I would assume by your comment that you have some experience with this. Thanks for the help.

Tutorial Importing Gateway saves to cia games

Thanks, I may give that a shot if no one responds. For one save it feels like a lot of work to go through that, but if it comes down to it its worth not scrapping like 30 hours of gameplay. Thanks for the suggestion.

Tutorial Importing Gateway saves to cia games

Finally got tired of waiting on an update for 11.3 for Gateway so I updated to Luma3DS, man what a great decision. Problem is I have one save I really need from Mario and Luigi Dream Team. Any chance someone could convert this for me? Thank you very much... EDIT: I do not have the physical...
