    I can delete the folder without problems, but if i create a new folder with the same name on the same directory the problem persists. It only freezes when I try to open it. Would you please recommend me any specific program or method to do that?

    If reinstalling the tickets doesn't work, and you are also unable to install/reinstall new cias, then most likely the failed install messed up the sd card and/or the data in it in some way. First thing I would do is try backing up all your saves just in case.

    For the corrupted title: Check to see if you have any pending titles on FBI. If so delete it. For the other titles: Maybe you have to reinstall the tickets. You can also do that with FBI.

    That sounds like SD card corruption to me. Check in data management to see if there are any 'strange' titles installed (Don't try to delete them, that just makes it work), or check the sd card on your pc to see if there are weird files.

    Probably a dumb question but: Are sleep mode downloads still available/safe for firmwares lower than 11.8? Or do they require you to update? That's the only thing I don't quite understand yet. Oh, I completely forgot FBI had that option. Glad to see you were able to fix it!
