    Not true, a backup won't be needed given enough time. boot1 or boot2 will become custom, and recovery options will be available.

    sysNAND won't read the vc title because it doesn't have a proper ticket for it. So even if you do install it in redNAND or "?usb method?" if you even can, it won't load it up in sysNAND.
