    Yep, it's what fixed the problem, halfway through the process i think i learned what was happening my system was trying to show the "new Update available" notice but every time it tried my 3DS crashed which i think is fixed since the Ctransfer involved updating my system

    So i formatted it and put only the Luma and Godmode9 folders on their and now when i try to power it on it doesn't stay on , Before the power light power was kept on even if the screen seemed blank but now the power light it immediately goes out , And i don't believe i have have a nand backup?
