Homebrew My First Homebrew, Integer to Hex and binary. (sorry my bad english)
Considering how the 3DS currently responds to segfaults and other errors (it just locks up) I wouldn't suggest 3DS as a first platform for programming. C/++ is not the easiest language to start with, so you should really rack up some experience on PC first.- Hamcha
