    I am replacing the mother board because I used dgtool with arm9loaderhax which bricked it. The motherboard was guaranteed to work but it does what I said. That is all i know.:wink:

    I replaced the motherboard on my 2ds but it does not launch any software, it does not go into recovery mode and the status bar is not visible. This is my second attempt at replacing the motherboard.

    Yeah i meant those pads. The reason I asked this is because i heard of a lot of pads ripping off of 3ds/2ds.

    I need to hardmod my 2ds to unbrick it but when I was buying the parts I did not know which tinning flux to get for it. Is this one from ebay good? "Tinning Flux 1.7oz W/O Brush,No 30374, Oatey Company"

    I bricked my 2ds so could I restore it with a backup I Made with gateway ultra launcher? :nds: I know win32diskimager uses IMG files but I don't know if it can use bin files. I know its a stupid question but I want to make sure before I hardmod.

    My 2ds turns on to just a power led even if I take the sd card out. It will not go in to decrypt9 too. Where should I drill the hole on my 2ds?

    I brcked my 2ds from armloaderhaxs so can I restore a nand.bin using a hardmod? The reason I ask this is because I know win32diskimager uses IMG files. I made the backup in January with gateway ultra launcher.
