    I have some vpks, which I tried to rename to .mp4 file to send over via QCMA. Problem is, vita not detecting any of them. so right now, it looks like I'll have to move all via VitaShell. There's probably something I'm missing, but anyway, hopefully this is a common problem with an easy fix...

    IIRC, you must be on browser version 1.7567 to make browserhax work. Check your browser version.

    OK, I think this is most likely it, if this is the thing which fits in the little spot right behind the LR buttons. Thanks! That sucks about sending it to Nintendo, but it makes sense, they probably have debug tools of some sort which would let them see if anything out of the usual is happening.

    Ok, I looked it up, and apparently this bug can be fixed by going into safe mode, and then rebuilding your database. You can do this by completely shutting down your device, then Holding the R, PS, and Power buttons, once your Vita is off. Go to the safe mode menu, and choose rebuild database...

    Instead of downloading a psp game via psn, would it be OK to transfer it over from a ps3? Would it still work? (I'm assuming yes but you never know)
