Hacking Hardware Picofly - a HWFLY switch modchip

Like with the oled clk point if your not careful and short the pad you can end up with bsod so it does sound like the issue some have had with lite installs is to do with killing the emmc. To avoid it I like to cover all points unused around the area with uv solder mask before I solder just to...

I guess it's best to add the 1k resistor to the mosfet itself but for us that already have the mosfet wired and fixed with resin will adding a 1k resistor as close to the mosfet as possible between cpu gate and ground help? My cpu wire runs out under the soc shield so adding a 1k between the...

Thats pin six of m92t36 which is vsvr 3.3v the cap is a decoupling cap 1uf or 2.2uf it wouldn't stop the touch screen working Pin five next to it is vccin 3.3v I believe pin 5 and 6 are to do with voltage from battery or mainboard 1684172975 That error code Ive had with a batch of fake m92t36...

I've never had one die but the emmc has a life span so always good to keep a backup.. I use a hook tip with that rst point its a tight fit and It's easy to damage the resistors or diode the emmc rst pad is smaller but less hassle to work with in my view

Ive always used these points on v2 I just find it easer to work on plus if I ever need to remove the mainboard to replace a usbc or m92t36 it's just a case of desolering the cpu wire then removing the pico and emmc connected On the bad side if the emmc dies ill need to solder pico to a new...

Inti Sthetix is using Instinct-NX mainly as its easer for traders to install As for the quality the flex cable for the oled are crap and the Instinct chip itself is fast but has poor quality. the pads can very easily be shorted to ground due to the cheap design Pico zero I would say has...

I often replace m92t36 so was thinking of using another 3.3v point so to not run wires around m92 incase it ever needs to be replaced The emmc board has a 3.3v point that I guess sx core and hwfly clones use with the solderless chips
