    Its too radical. But i would lots all my settings, installed games etc, it worked fine, until firmware upgrade and FAT32 dont support files bigger than 4G so installing games need additional steps. I would expect some logs some error message why it is failing etc.

    I had same problem, i had to use Minitool partition manager, before i used R-Drive image for SD card cloning and Disk Genius for partition resize and it wasnt enough. Im using exFat.
