    Are you running any sys-module? Maybe overclocking? Forcing anything like docked mode while on portable? Just asking in case any of those could be affecting the game. IF you are, try disabling those and see if that helps. Also, make sure you are running latest atmosphere and sigpatches.

    Ok, might need to maybe resolder it applying more pressure into the emmc. Did you reflow your emmc to attach the adapter or just have it by contact?

    In my experience dealing with this console and having repaired and hacked my fair share, I firmly believe your eMMC went kaput. If you have a spare module, switch it, restore backups and move on. Everytime I've gotten that eMMC module was running in slow mode message it has resulted in this.

    Dat0 might need to be readjusted... depending on how the install was done it might or not require soldering. Although Sthetix advise against reflowing the Dat0 point and just joining by preassure I know that a lot of people still reflow it.
