    Hey. I have more time to look at that now, and it seems like that file is a nintendont mod. If so, wouldn't I need to overwrite my nintendont files with it instead of the usb loader files? Maybe the link is directing me to the wrong file in the thread. It's 1233_34mod_patch.rar.

    Cool. I was looking at one called Wii64, but it looked like it hadn't been touched in a while. Haven't heard of Not64, but I'll check it out. Also noticed my favorite site for roms removed all it's Nintendo roms because of copyrights. Are we not allowed to mention specific sites here?

    I think the wii version has a lot more freedom with bluetooth controllers you can use. I know that doesn't quite answer your question, but I remember seeing details about that in the Nintendont sticky.
