    Aren't Wii U disks multi layer? Even if you know where and how much to scratch, you'll make layer 2 unreadable too... and there's high probability that there's game data in that area...

    Maybe the sticker is not correctly alined and falls outside of the engraved area where it's supposed to go, adding some height to the cart and thus making it getting stuck into N3DS slot... In case detach the label and attach it correctly or use a cutter to refile it.
