Yeah, but that's only DS games. Not 3DS games.
EDIT: Oh yeah, OP, I'd recommend Sky3DS over Gateway since you have no way of knowing whether the 3DS you'll receive will be 9.2 or lower.
You can't run Smash on 4.5E. If you want to, buy a Gateway right now, or buy Cubic Ninja and run Pasta through it. Alternatively, wait for Pasta 9.2 MSET to be released.
EDIT: I'm assuming that you're using Pasta so if your emuNAND gets deleted it shouldn't matter as you're going to be booting to sysNAND to install DevMenu (via PBT-CFW).
Backup your SD on your computer, and then format it using SDFormatter using options:

I had the same problem and what fixed it was reformatting my SD card using SDFormatter, and then putting the files back.
EDIT: Read the post below me :p
Install devMenu via PBT-CFW. Launch it in PastaCFW and then install CIAs.
EDIT:
Page 156 has the original post by nop90 and Page 160 has the encrypted MSET launcher for Gateway ROP by pakrett
For anyone interested, when you launch Pasta CFW via pakrett 's encrypted launcher.dat (posted earlier by him in this thread), you have to reinstall any CIAs that you have installed in Palantine CFW. (At least this was the case for me, I'm using 4.2U)
Check VerseHell 's post above yours, which according to that MTCard doesn't support 9.7.
Basically what you're trying to do is have 1 SD card that has rxTools (which allows you to have 9.7 emuNAND), and a different SD card that has Palantine CFW (which allows you to have 4.x emuNAND and the...
I'm not sure if the MT-Card launcher supports 9.7.
But, IIRC it's much easier and better to use rxTools.
Although the MSET exploits are different so if you do use rxTools, you'll need to launch Palantine CFW via MSET (installed by gw_installer.nds) and rxTools via Internet Browser.
