    Alright, Thanks 1715897915 ok I was able to bypass the delete screen and I checked my firmware it is updated but everytime I click a game it gives me the error "this software is not currently on the console"

    also I made sure to charge the switch when I left it for 5 hours charging the back of the switch was warm. So I believe the switch was charged.
