    Remove the SD card and check it's contents on a PC. If everything is as expected, back it up and check the SD card for errors. If it seems to be corrupted (doesn't read correctly in PC or doesn't show expected contents), that will be the issue.

    The number of streetpass hits is usually ten per game, but there are many titles that have different numbers. I know DoA Dimensions only has 8, but Senran Kagura 2 has 99!

    Yeah - for the price you could get for that, in "stock" condition, you could buy several regular n3ds XL's. There are none on ebay as far as I can see, but considering the price of just the Louvré 3ds carts on ebay, I'd guess that the system is worth at least a couple of orders of magnitude more...

    Like many others, I was first here for the GBA roms. When the forum launched I was a frequent lurker, but didn't need to interact until many years later when the 3ds scene started taking off... consequently, my account is only just over a decade old.

    Works nicely, and I'm sure will be better if/when more people adopt it. It could use a little more verbosity - I initially thought it had crashed as there was a long period of just black screens before the "succesful upload" message and again before the download message.

    That happened to me too. I think Pretendo's patches fuck with it. I just reapplied Rverse and it worked it fine.

    I've got a Vaio of a similar age (although mine came with Vista). I've still got all the driver disks that came with it - I can dump anything you might need. Word of warning though; the main reason Sony's Vaio's of that period fail is they were extremely prone to the side effects of overheating...
