Hacking Question moved games between sd, still showing as uninstalled

Can you explain a bit more about how this works? Is it a specific file that states what games are installed? Also I see on Lithium that there is a way to backup installed games as .nsps, I don't seem to actually have that option. I thought that might work, back up the games from my old SD card...

Hacking Question moved games between sd, still showing as uninstalled

Really? Damn, I have some large games on my new SD card that would take forever to download again, nearly 120gb. Is there any way to do what I am trying without having to reinstall the games? Downloading them would take forever.

Not using emummc. Is there anything else I need to copy over? I am not sure why this didn't work.

Hacking Question moved games between sd, still showing as uninstalled

So I bought a new sd card, popped atmosphere on it, installed some games then I transfered my Nintendo folder from my OLD card to my NEW card but it's still showing them as not installed... Is there some way to get them marked as installed? Maybe a way to get tinfoil/etc to reinstall the tickets?

Hacking Question Tangledeep keeps crashing at intro

Doesn't seem to be, tinfoil and N1dus both installed it without issue. I'll try a few other dumps and see if that helps.

Hacking Question Tangledeep keeps crashing at intro

I am on firmware version 6.2 so I don't think that's the issue. It installed just fine with tinfoil. When I go to run it it just gets about 3 seconds into the intro and crashes. I thought maybe it was a bad download so I redownloaded it and reinstalled it, but no dice.

Minor issue, Tangledeep is crashing when I try to play it. It installed fine but gets to the intro, lags out for 10 seconds, tells me to reconnect joycons (which are connect in hand held mode) then I hit OK and it says error has occurred game crashed

Haven't done anything to the joy cons, aside from wanting to kick them across the room for the stick constantly pulling left which I can't fix till my check comes next month. Thank!

Hacking 3DS NOOB PARADISE - Ask questions here

Disgaea on 3ds supposedly doesn't have the slowdowns it does on a DS, my question is, is that true if I play it via DSTwo on 3ds.

Hacking Build your own dongle (Research and development thread)

This is probably not the right place to ask this but, since this is a generic linux SoC that continuously runs a very small piece of code, can I just grab any cheap SoC on ebay to make my own easily enough? I mean hell a raspberry pi zero is 5 dollars and is seriously overkill spec wise, why...

Alright so I have a o3ds and an DSTwo. Which is better in terms of SNES/GBA/GBC emulation, the DSTwo or the o3ds emulators/virtual console?

Hacking SWITCH NOOB PARADISE - Ask questions here

Couple questions: 1: Does switch Linux have keyboard support? (Via USB-C?) 2: What is the battery life like on linux? Any extremely low power modes working yet? I am trying to get a portable "Cataclysm Dark Days Ahead" emulator with good battery life.

To add onto this is persistence something that can be easily fixed through CFW? If I wanted to use CFW, purchase stardew valley from eshop (only way to get it, no retail carts) would I have to redownload and start a new game everytime?

Hacking SWITCH NOOB PARADISE - Ask questions here

Are there any apps for your phone that detect what is plugged in than run a specific program? (So I am thinking something like a looping RCM exploit command when it detects the switch is plugged in so I don't even need to take my phone out of my pocket) To put it in PC terms, pc detects switch...

Now this might not be correct as it is second hand knowledge, but I was told that >3.0.0 is effectively equal to 4.x.

Right but for pure performance at this point in time is the switch worth using? I am kind of trying to find an emulator that performs better than the 3ds. I won't be setting it up or trying it just trying to get a good idea of the potential future of the system as far as emulators go.
