GCN How to update the older Kaico hdmi adapters to GCvideo 3.0e

No, it seems too expensive. All power boards are the same, I put one from a pal gamecube into a Japanese one with no issues. Edit : Woh, I didn't know the prices went up that much! 25€ seems ok now (inflation ?). You can get it cheaper, but it will be sent from China, which can take a long time.

GCN How to update the older Kaico hdmi adapters to GCvideo 3.0e

I got the exact same thing. The gamecube worked, with its orange light on. It even worked with an AV cable ! But the Kaico adapter didn't work. If you can, test it on another GameCube. I had the exact same thing and it turned out that it shorted something in the power board of my gamecube, that prevented the kaico adapter to be powered. It's located below the motherboard of the console, and looks like this :

Don't worry, you can ask! Yes, the RTS is like the one in emulators, it saves the current state of the RAM. With this, you can return precisely where you saved the game. It's like a save state ! Pokemon gold used an in game battery to store the time and the saves, that's why it had some...

Hacking DSONE clones appear to be available for purchase

It can be a better choice for now, as they don't have time bombs anymore. I hope they'll improve the manufacturing quality to avoid the PSRAM errors, because the real time save is a big advantage over the Ace3ds+.

Hardware Nintendo Switch: Wifi dead, but Bluetooth works

Instead of being condescending to me, make yourself useful by linking to a tutorial that deals with the metal plate over the cpu and specifically points out the danger concerning these resistors.

It's really nice to say that but could you at least send the link of one of these guides mentioning it? That would be helpful.
