Nice, to anyone wondering, the storyline files are from /unpack/map/ and subsequent folders.
Edit: Would be nice if somebody posted all the RAW .csv's from these.
You're missing the File_001 you posted yourself.
Sure.
I'm worried about the VRAM Problem Falco pointed out though, the more translated files I put into the game the more it struggles to continue running.
Partially translated FILE_001: http://www.mediafire...zzp4layq20wnnau
FILE_015 still isn't really usable, as the Japanese words are corrupt, somebody has to work from scratch on that.

If you want to proofread the translations use Excel and copy in the row from the original FILE in something like Excel: http://i.imgur.com/vUzaP.jpg
That should be easy enough...

Figure out how to save File_015 it in .csv without corrupting the Japanese text before you start working though. Otherwise it'll turn into the same mess again.
1. Extract ARCV0.BIN and ARCVINFO.BIN from your game
2. Extract those two .BIN's with the unpacker
3. In the \Unpack\Keep\ Folder, replace the LanguageKeep_jp.res with your own
4. Insert the edited (You can check by comparing size or the date since it was last modified) ARC0.BIN and ARCVINFO.BIN...
Edit: Did some work on the Files, mostly using the spreadsheet.
These may not be fully correct, but they sure will help as a base.
