    Thanks both for your suggestion, I find it odd because even without microSD inserted it won't show up the Sponge Bob icon or in this case (updated flashcards) the Hello Kitty icon, just freeze DS system and don´t show up in DSi and above. I will try tomorrow and get back to you guys, Thanks

    You ended up being right... I just borrowed a different microSD (from a phone), format it and test it on my 3DS (AKAIO on root) and it worked! Thanks for your help!:)
