Hacking Rumor: Vita shutting down console store

Just edited my opening post to include an email I just got from Sony.

Hardware Vita 1000 - Battery grips

Are there any good grips with an extra battery to add on play time? I found one on Amazon, but it had 3 stars, and the main complaint was that the battery in the grips weren't holding a charge. I have the Vita 1000 Wifi, if that helps. Got it at launch. Here is the one I found on Amazon...

    That is definitely my fear.

Hacking Rumor: Vita shutting down console store

Perfect. I have several on physical, but no idea how to rip them, haha. And I have an SD card taking up the spot. Very annoying, but I suppose it has been a very long time. Nearly 10 years for Vita, far more for PSP.

Hacking Rumor: Vita shutting down console store

So, if the console store does shut down, will PKGj still work? https://www.pushsquare.com/news/2021/03/ps3_ps_vita_and_psp_online_stores_to_close_this_summer_says_new_report Edit: New info from an email I just got.

Hacking Problems turning on after display shuts off

The plug-ins I use are Adrenaline, nonpdrm, Osyscall6, storagemgr, henkaku, shellbat, pngshot, and downlpad_enabler from my Tai config. I did find out that it seems to be a semi common issue with sd2vita, and turning on airplane mode fixes it. Sure enough, I haven't had the problem since I did...

Hacking Problems turning on after display shuts off

It could be a hardware issue, as it is a launch system. But I haven't had the problem in the past. And the game turning off ans going to Adrenaline happens whether I start it from the bubbles or Adrenaline itself. I also have less than 50 bubbles, I try not to keep too much on my system.

Hacking Problems turning on after display shuts off

I hacked my Vita about a year ago or so. I downgraded, then went to henkaku through this guide https://vita.hacks.guide/get-started. However, when the screen is off, it seems to be 50/50 on whether it'll turn back on. If it doesn't, I need to hold down the off button for a bit to get it to turn...

    PS1/2 Place to buy

I was looking at the PS3 last night. Opinions online are definitely that PS2 are better, minus the laser. Which, once I rip my collection, won't be an issue. A system made for a game will always be better than emulation of the game. Sent from my SM-N975U using Tapatalk

    Hacking Adrenaline - BIN/ISO

OK, I'll just need to rerip the discs then. Thank you. Sent from my SM-N975U using Tapatalk

    Hacking Adrenaline - BIN/ISO

Huh, I could have sworn I had some .iso PSX games. Maybe I am thinking about psp. Sent from my SM-N975U using Tapatalk

    Hacking Adrenaline - BIN/ISO

So, Adrenaline seems to be able to handle ISO (despite Google saying it can't). Can it handle PSX bin files?

    PS1/2 Place to buy

I had a launch PS3 that lasted eight years before it died. With how old it is, the yellow light of death has me worried. Sent from my SM-N975U using Tapatalk

    PS1/2 Place to buy

I think I'll need to do that. The etsy page is down now. Yeah, I still have about thirty PS2 discs. My plan is to get a HDD and rip them to it. I've heard bad things about the laser, though I never experienced it myself. Sent from my SM-N975U using Tapatalk

    PS1/2 Place to buy

I'm in the market for a hacked PS2. I found a guy selling them on Etsy complete with hard drive for a little over $100. However, I'd rather buy from a reliable source if anyone knows of one.

    Hacking USB on TV

I have a SmartTV that has USB ports. Is there any homebrew that allows you to plug the Vita to the TV through the charging cord? Or are they just streaming homebrew? Sent from my SM-N975U using Tapatalk

Eventually, both cards will be transferred to PSTV. Just can't afford one anytime soon. Sent from my SM-N975U using Tapatalk

Hacking The "My SD2Vita/PSVSD is having issues" thread

Ah, I see that now in VitaShell. OK, I'll delete the uma0 content then. Maybe I'll use that after to backup my pictures. Sent from my SM-N975U using Tapatalk

Hacking The "My SD2Vita/PSVSD is having issues" thread

Ok, so it does work now. So, since everything is now on the SD2Vita (uma0), I can delete everything from ux0 and free up that space now? Since it was duplicated to uma0? Sorry for the stupid questions, still new to the Vita scene.
