    I realize they say that, but does it actually matter? I'm not a lawyer nor have I looked into this specific instance. All I know is that most of what is contained in a ToS does not hold up in a court of law auto Those files get deleted eventually by windows.

    This is why you buy tx sx pro You get a CFW that is either #1 or at least competing for #1 depending on who you talk to, you get a super tiny dongle that will boot your cfw no matter where are you. No need to worry about it crashing or needing RCM, you have their dongle.

    Beautiful or not, in my opinion what matters is what the mechanics of it are. Their jig contains actual copper pins, not a shoved in paperclip or wire that can damage the switch eventually.
