    That's what i figured. It's a shame that they use propitiatory cables or else i have 3 micro usb chargers I could use. :/ think it's same to just leave it plugged in? just in case it starts working? (it's unplugged at the moment)

    Thanks for the answer. There are 3DS flash carts though, right? which one would you recommend? I notice that there's an Acekard 3 out, so that might be what I go with. Will I be able to play ds games on a 3ds flashcart? or will I have to switch between the 2?
