    Which exploit in question? Was it the one fixed in 7.0? Also thats not true. People like SMEA used the exploit for personal use. Gateway and the other cart manufacturers are the only ones who used it for monetary gain.

    I think there were 2-3 confirmed reports. Remember that the bricks only happen based on a datetime seeded RNG. We could see more reports tomorrow, next week, or even next month.

    Not really. You're sending them 3DS components which can be repurposed and resold. I.E the shell, screens, buttons, etc They included code that purposefully bricked consoles if it detected a clone. It back fired on legitimate gateway owners. Does it need to happen to you for you to believe?
