    If you have "errcode=-2147483632", then it'd probably help. I've have that errcode twice, with larger roms that i squeezed on to my card, and in both cases it was resolved thru defragging the card (backup-delete-restore).

    try defragmenting your microsd card (easiest way is to move contents of your microsd card to your computer and move them back again... or backup-delete-restore :P)

    i've had this error, it went away after i defraged my microsd card (backup-delete-restore, or however else you want to defrag). i'm guessing here, but i think YSMenu might need a certain amount of free sequential disk space :/

    i believe it comes down to me not using explorer as my shell... because it loads in the blink of an eye under explorer shell. i guessing it needs to load some extra modules into memory that are normally present with explorer shell.
