I thought I would leave an update on my issue. A while ago I tried to get Luigi's Mansion working to no avail.. I updated to DM2.9 and it still didn't boot (it kept getting stuck on the DIOS MIOS splash screen). I tried re-formatting the HDD and used DiskEX -c and it still got stuck at the DIOS...
Awesome, thank you for the reply. :) I'll try and get my drive properly partitioned tomorrow and reply with an update on whether or not that solves the issue.
So I think I might have found the issue. My drive is split into two partitions, using Diskpart it shows that "Partition 1" is my storage and "Partition 2" is the Wii Games partition (both are Primary partitions). Does that mean I need to re-partition my HDD so the Wii Games partition is listed...
It appears to be that way, chkdsk says the format is FAT32 and there are 32,768 bytes in each allocation unit.
Does it matter that the drive is partitioned in two? One is general PC storage (NTFS) and the other part is FAT32 which was originally done for Wii games. Both partitions are listed...
I ripped CustomRobo w/USB Loader. It's path is:
USB:/games/CUSTOMROBO [GXCE01]/game.iso
Luigi's Mansion was put on the HDD from a shrunk ISO w/GCReEx. It doesn't have an ISO file on the HDD.
It's path is USB:/games/GLME01/
Inside there are two folders, root and sys along with a size.bin file...
I installed DIOS MIOS 2.8 via WAD Manager 1.7 but both WiiFlow v4 and CFGv70MODr51 just show a black screen after I try to load either Luigi's Mansion or Custom Robo. I would appreciate any help.
In case it helps, here is my SysCheck:

These type of games definitely have a niche or else they wouldn't keep making them.
Also, if one person/group buying and dumping this reduces the amount of people who have to pay for this shovelware I'm all for it.
Glad you got my point, it's purely subjective on which car you like better. I do agree, however, that with the new 5.0 the Mustang is ahead in performance/value compared to the SS.
I know it's almost 4x () the price of a Mustang or Camaro but after test-driving a Tesla Roadster my desire for a...
I could see someone making a WiiScrubber-style program that can edit 3DS files (like the Wii ISOs) and release groups would just remove updates before releasing the games. No more accidental updates for pirates. Every access point within my Wireless-N card's reach is passworded so randomly...
My little brother is beating games I've been downloading for him way too quickly because he is just cheating his way through the games.
Is it possible to remove Ocarina from Configurable USB Loader? If not, is there another USB Loader I could use instead that has Ocarina removed or that allows...
AFAIK, there isn't such a list and it wouldn't be practical to compile one. I've never run into a problem with WADs and the odds seem very low as long as you get your WADs from reputable places.
Yes, you can burn up to 4.7GB worth of GameCube games to a DVD±R. I would use the "Wii-Gamecube Multigame ISO Creator" to combine the games to one big ISO or GCM file and burn it using IMGBurn. You can download the ISO Creator from here...
I went to a garage sell last saturday, and the lady had a PS2 for sale, but she had a sign on it that said "Nintendo -$50", had to laugh, almost bought but she didn't know if worked, and she didn't have controller or cables, so I passed.
