Hacking BrickBlocking/Nintendo updates
Question: I'm doing my own backups and was told to use brickblocker to take out the nintendo system updates from the iso. How does this work? I'm not talking about the program/walkthrough. how does it take the updates out of the iso? what does it put in it's place? when i launch the game...- rpf123

Hacking BrickBlocking/Nintendo Sys Update
I'm not sure what I do on this...If you have a backup disc that's from the same region as your wii that requires a system update. I have a 3.2U wii, but want animal crossing. How do you handle this? I don't want to system update, correct? If I use brickblocker that's only for out of region...- rpf123

Hacking Installing Backup Channel
I'm new to this, but have read alot. I have the homebrew channel installed v9, but I can't get backup v. gamma installed because cios installer won't install. I get an error -1017. I have read of others having this issue and it was recommended to run the ios downgrader v1. I did this and nothing...- rpf123

Or, I also heard that if you use flash memory, it can act as more "RAM" at least windows tell me when I stick a flash drive into it. -
